Welcome to girdharroll.in. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Girdharroll website and your purchase of products from us. By using this website or placing an order you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.
About us
girdharroll.in is an online gifting store operated by Girdharroll, offering curated hampers, personalised gifts, festive décor and accessories for delivery within India.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old, or use the website under the supervision of a parent or guardian. If you create an account you are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. Please provide accurate and complete information.
Products and pricing
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout.
- We make every effort to display products accurately. Handmade and natural products (such as hand-block, blue pottery, marble or crochet items) may vary slightly in colour, size and finish—this is part of their charm and not a defect.
- Hamper contents may occasionally be substituted with an item of equal or higher value if a component is unavailable; we will tell you before dispatch where possible.
- In the event of an obvious pricing error we may cancel the affected order and refund any amount paid in full.
Orders and acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted when we confirm it by email or phone. We may decline or cancel an order for reasons including stock unavailability, inaccurate address information, undeliverable PIN codes, or suspected fraud; in that case any payment received is refunded in full.
Payment
We accept Cash on Delivery (subject to PIN-code availability and order value) and prepaid payments via UPI, debit/credit cards and net banking through a secure payment link issued by a licensed payment aggregator. Prepaid orders are dispatched once payment is received. We never ask for your card PIN, CVV or OTP over phone, email or chat.
Personalised products
For personalised items we print or engrave exactly the text you provide. Please double-check spelling, names and dates before placing your order. Personalised products cannot be cancelled once production has started and are not eligible for return unless damaged or defective.
Shipping, returns and refunds
Delivery timelines, returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy, Return Policy, Exchange Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these Terms.
Discount codes and offers
Discount codes (such as FIRST10) are valid for a limited time, cannot be combined unless stated, have no cash value and may be withdrawn at any time. Misuse of offers may result in order cancellation.
Intellectual property
All content on girdharroll.in—including text, product photography, graphics and the Girdharroll name—is owned by or licensed to Girdharroll and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, or use the site for any unlawful purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Girdharroll's liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control (including natural disasters, strikes, courier disruptions or government restrictions).
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will first be addressed through our customer care and Grievance Officer at support@girdharroll.in. Unresolved disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India, without prejudice to your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
